A.  Within the U.S., shipping and handling charges are based on the total price of the order:     Under $30.00      $6.50
$30.01 -$60.00     $9.00
$60.01 -$100.00     $11.50
$100.01 -$350.00    $14.00
Over $350.00         FREE
Outside the U.S., charges are based on the weight of the package 
and the country to which it is being sent. 

Q. What forms of payment do you accept?
A.  Visa, Mastercard, Discover, Money Order and personal check.

Q. What company does your shipping?
A.  In most cases, shipping is via the U.S. Postal Service. 
Priority Mail gets there in 2-3 days and Express Mail will get to most places overnight.

Q.  How quickly do you ship?
A.  Most items are in stock and shipped within 24 hours. 
Back orders are usually filled in 10-15 days.

Q.  What is your return policy?
A.  All unworn items in original condition may be returned. 
Return shipping charges are also refunded within the U.S.!!
(Panties and pantyhose that have been tried on cannot be returned.)

Q. How do I determine the correct size?
A.  Since each manufacturer sizes his garments differently, the little green boxes beside each item will help you compare with something you're already wearing. 
The boxes contain the bust(B), hip(H), waist(W), and length(L) measurements 
of the material for the range of sizes available for each item.
